Greg Marose

Greg Marose counsels the senior leaders of alternative investment firms, diversified asset management groups, financial institutions, real estate entities and publicly-traded companies. He develops corporate and financial communications strategies, investor relations initiatives and media management programs. In addition, he is a recognized industry leader when it comes to handling crises and special situations.

Over the past three years, Greg has advised investors and issuers involved in 75+ equity activist situations, 35+ debt restructurings and 35+ litigation matters. He is a first call for shareholders, creditors and plaintiffs when they want to shape situational outcomes. He was recognized on Insider’s 2020 list of top financial public relations professionals.

Prior to co-founding Profile Advisors in early 2018, Greg held senior roles at Edelman and Sloane & Company. He began his career in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill and within the federal government. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.


Casie Connolly

Casie Connolly advises alternative asset managers, fintech firms, financial institutions, real estate entities, and publicly-traded companies on their most critical communications needs. She specializes in digital reputation management, corporate positioning, crisis management, and special situations.

Casie has a decade of experience building and implementing brand-building and reputation management programs that span message development, content creation, media relations, and digital and social engagement. Casie has significant experience advising investors and financial institutions involved in strategic transactions, bankruptcies, proxy contests and complex legal and regulatory disputes.

Prior to joining Profile Advisors, Casie held senior roles at Sard Verbinnen & Co. where she advised some of the firm’s top private equity clients and global financial institutions. She began her career at Edelman where she spent time in the firm’s Washington, D.C. and New York City offices. She holds a B.A. from Old Dominion University.


Charlotte Kiaie

Charlotte Kiaie advises founders, boards of directors and management teams across the asset management industry and corporate sectors. She specializes in corporate positioning and special situations, including transactions, shareholder activism, complex litigation and issues management.

Charlotte has worked on over 50 equity activist situations, where she provides strategic counsel, develops impactful content and prepares managers for proxy advisory firm and institutional engagement. She also has extensive experience advising clients on LP communications, media management and has helped firms build impactful ESG programs that go beyond new requirements.

Prior to joining Profile Advisors and holding positions of increasing seniority, Charlotte worked on the Trading/Ops desk at Farallon Capital Management in San Francisco. She holds a B.A. from The University of Colorado at Boulder and has served on the Philanthropy Board of 100 Women in Finance since 2018.
